A: No where for now but wait till the new Dodge Challengers come out, it will be quit a blast from the past. The answer to "where can i rent a 1970 dodge challenger", I am afraid that if you did find someone that had this car IE: me, then the answer would be "NO" because of their value and the blood, sweat and tears that myself as well as many other people have put into the cars.

Q: Did the Dodge Challenger ever come with round exhaust cutouts throught the rear valence?
My Challenger has round exhaust tips and round cutouts in the rear valence where the tips come out, the previous owner said it was like that when he got it, but it looks like it came from the factory that way.

A: someone probably did that too it,i have owned 4 of those cars in my life time and none of them had the round outlets on them,i had two big blocks one hemi that did have the square outlet on it,not all of them came this way, here an example of one,,http://www.stockmopar.com/pictures/1970-rallye-red-plymouth-cuda.html this picture shows how they came ,look at the rear shot of this car its a perfect example, good luck.

Q: where can i buy a 69-71 dodge challenger cheap?
i want a 69-71 dodge challenger that is complete and doesnt have that much rust for under 10,000 if you know a challenger like this please tell me.

A: Ryan... considering the Dodge Challenger which is an E-Body Mopar you are not going to find any in a 1969 Model year because they were produced starting for the 1970 Model year.... Although they can have a manufacture date of say 9/69, 10/69, 11/69 od 12/69... the car in question is still a 1970 and up model so you would be looking at the 1970 and 1971 model years only??? good luck considering Challengers were only made from 1970-1974 ... also the 70/71's are the most sought after too lots of competition for not rusting ones too... that said check Hemmings motor news for sale ads and also the various chapeters of the Mopars Unlimited under cars for sale subscribe to Mopars Collectors Guide or get they off local news stand... they have a special Challengers classified area Be willing to travel some for that nice Challenger too good luck and be patient you may just get one.. also you might consider finding the lesser desirable slant six equipped ones (yep some came with a 6 cylinder bet a lot of you here didn't know that) because many enthusiasts only want V8 ones... hence one with this engine would also be less $$$ Walt

Q: Where can I find parts for a Dodge Challenger other than ebay?
I want to restore my Dad's old Challenger, it's in pretty bad shape. I thought it would be great to drive his first car.

A: Pepboys,local Dodge car dealer,etc.

Q: What are the reasons people want to buy a Dodge Challenger or Chevy Camaro?
Not too far out of college, I'm just starting to look at cars. I've heard a lot of buzz about the re-releases of the Challenger and Camaro. So I'm curious, for those who are considering buying them, what are your primary reasons? Is it to have fun driving? To make a statement? What kind of statement? As someone who isn't a car guy (at least not yet) - would I come off as a "poser" with a challenger/camaro?

A: older guys want to remember their youth...the cars look good and run good,,,are fast...all the modern conveniences...and nothing sounds like a V8 at full tilt...

Q: Who wants to see some photos of a production Dodge Challenger?
http://blogs.motortrend.com/6227133/car-news/2008-dodge-challenger-srt8-photos-leaked/index.html Here are a few photos of the real deal that leaked out. I know they are real because of the rims. I'm glad they kept it true to the concept.

A: I saw the concept car at Mopars at the Strip last year. The car was surrounded by people all the time, lots of positive feedback about the design. I wonder if they'll offer them in the 70's colors, like In Violet, Panther Pink, Sublime Green. That would rock.

Q: How much does the Dodge Challenger Concept cost?
How much does the Dodge Challenger Concept cost?

A: the concept cars are never sold off,i have had the pleasure of seeing a few of those up close, they are kept in large vault like building with limited access to them,i seen a lot of nice cars, the concept cars are always kept by the manufacturer, unless the company goes under, which happened to Studebaker, and all their concept cars was sold off,a private collector bought all of them, its something to see the first one the idea came from though,i doubt that there's enough money to buy a concept car,i wasn't even allowed to touch them ,no one was ,good luck.

Q: dodge challenger?
next year i will be leasing a new car after my bmw 530i lease is up. currently i have two cars in my mind one is ford mustang gt, the other one is the upcomming 2008 dodge challenger. i know that after driving a bmw, its going to be depressing to drive any of these two cars, however i am tired of paying over $900 on payments. so which car should i get 2008 ford mustang gt which is 4.6 v8 about 300hp or the 2008 dodge challenger which is 6.1 v8 about 450hp and cost between 25,000-30,000. i need honest answers from people who have own mustangs and other american cars.

A: I think your in for a difficult transition but i would go with the challenger they are both decent looking outside but the ford is very cheep inside and from what Ive see the challenger looks like it will have at least a decent interior. the 450Hp only helps its case, plus everyone and there mother doesn't own one. Mustang's are a dime a dozen.

Q: What will the sticker price be on the new Dodge Challenger? Is it rear wheel drive?
I had two questions about that new dodge challenger. What will the sticker price be and is it rear wheel drive?

A: around 40 thousand and it is rear wheel drive,it should be a nice one, good luck.

Q: how much would a 2008 dodge challenger cost?
i really want a dodge challenger but they are expensive (almost $60,000) so how could i get a used one for around $20,000 i seen that but what difference does it have from the se and the r/t?...is it a big difference or what?

A: The new Challenger SE sells for about $21,000 http://autos.yahoo.com/dodge_challenger/ (edit) Well, the SE has a 3.5L V8 with 250hp, the R/T and SRT8 have larger V8 engines and they have a few different features. If you really want a Challenger and can deal with a little less power, the SE was designed for you.
