Q: What happened to the 2007 Dodge Challenger?
Ithought they were bringing it back, I would love to see it in a convertible

A: The new Dodge Challenger was introduced at the Detroit auto show as a 2009 model. http://www.automobilemag.com/auto_shows/naias_2006/0601_dodge_challenger_concept/

Q: does anyone know how much the 2007 dodge challenger is going to cost?

A: 25 for stripper 35 for equiped V8 and 45 for hemi monster.

Q: When ordering your new 2007 Dodge Challenger, how would you trick it out?
Color, engine, interior, wheels, auto/standard, stero, etc;

A: Black with midnight blue metal flake in it, shaker hood, pistol grip custom made to my hand, chop the top a couple inches, smoke the tail lights, HIDs up front, Supercharged, a bottle just for kicks, and 3inch exhaust all the way through to get that big block sound, dumped out each side of the car also. Black leather seats, subtle hints on brushed aluminum on the dash, and a nice clear sound system so I can listen to Metallica while I tear the streets up. Not some trash that people have with a fucking 18"sub rattling the trunk apart.

Q: what would you rather get the 2009 chevy camaro or the 2007 dodge challenger?

A: Challenger!! There's not even any question "The new Challenger is all musclecar with an SRT-tuned 6.1-liter, 425hp, Hemi V-8, linked to a six-speed manual transmission-YES, a manual stick shift! Chrysler estimates the fully functional concept should rocket from 0 to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds, and clip the quarter-mile in 13 seconds. To top it all off a top speed of 174 mph is expected." FYI: Challenger is not supposed to be coming out until 2009...

Q: Is it just me or does the 08 Challenger have downs syndrome?
I really think the new challenger looks like it has downs. http://reviews.carreview.com/files/2007/11/dodge_challenger_srt8_1.jpg

A: i kind of think it looks like a 71 more than a 73 model, their having to redesign that thing every year to keep up with the changes they make to it,but it doesn't look all that bad ,not yet anyway.good luck.

Q: Do you like the new Dodge Challenger?
wow i think this car looks so awesome but i want to keep my 2007 scion tc instead.

A: Yes, I like the new Challenger.

Q: Which car is the best based on speed, reliability & gas?
I would also love to customize the car later by adding speed to it, sound system(i already have a 15's),body kit, rims & so on. Which car would be the best to do all that in & which one is still gonna be good without doing all this to it.... 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt LT1 Coupe 2007 Pontiac G5 Coupe 2007 Scion tC Sport Coupe 2007 Honda Civic Coupe LX 5-Spd MT 2008 Dodge Avenger SE 2007 Pontiac G6 Sedan 2007 Mazda MAZDA6 i Sports Sedan Sport 2006 Acura RSX 5-Spd MT 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe 2.5 S 2008 Saturn VUE FWD 4-Cylinder XE 2007 Honda Civic Si Coupe 6-Spd MT 2007 Dodge Charger SE 2007 Chrysler 300 Base 2007 Saturn SKY Roadster 2007 Nissan Murano S 2WD 2008 Dodge Challenger 2008 Smart ForTwo 2007 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C230 Sport Sedan 2007 Infiniti G35 Sedan Base

A: i would say civic si. It's cheap, looks good outside. Doesn't have that cheap by rubbermaid feel like some american cars on the inside. Quick and agile and still gas efficient.

A: yes

Q: Dodge charger?
Will a dodge charger with under 100k miles, year 2005-2007 be under 6000$ in 2-2.5 years? Right now i found a 2006 with 29k miles on it in good cond. and it was 11,000$, Will the value go down with the new 08 charger and the new challenger?

A: It doesn't matter that the new challlenger is coming out... the older it gets the more the value is going to go down. If it's worth 11 now.. it may be around 6 in 2.5 years

Q: WHY DO PEOPLE NOT LIKE THE 2010 CAMARO! (Who Wants 10 Points)
Now I know nothing about cars, so basically I'm asking you to school me. Whats so bad about the 2010 Camaro? People have basically said these a trash or ok at best? I'm especially asking you old heads whos lived in the golden days of the 67' 68' and 69'. 2010 Doesn't seem to be lacking any power, etc. Whats so bad? So who wants 10 points? BTW how does these compare with a 2007 Shelby Mustang and other cars like the Dodge Challenger?

A: I dont' know whom you have been talking to but the only ones that might say that are old bitter man who did not get their wish of the retro style just like the challenger did. Sure the Challenger is awsome but given the circumstances only old man could afford them and they are not buying them because though they like them no money to buy them. Young people like the challenger as well but due to the lack of supply are going to buy something else or have already. Thats where the camaro comes into play is a sleek car that believe it or not is liked both by women and man and that will result in a good response at there should be no lack of product since it has not been labeled like the challenger was a srtperformance machine. Wich is good in the sence that everyone who can afford a basic one will get one, and produce their own high performance versions. Shelby that is another story and is not in comparison here as is a vehicle out of the reach of most consumers just like the challenger. In short old likes retro look in names they associate with so they bash whatever looks good and new.

Q: Anyone else excited about the updates on the 'Nationwide Series' cars. Particularly the '09 season?
It's off season so i'm bored but this is cool. Both links are from www.jayski.com/ The links further confirm seperating the 'Sprint Cup' and 'Nationwide series' by changing the suspension package and bodystyles for the 'Nationwide series' for '09. Ford is the first to make a statement, stating they will run a Mustang if need be. Chevy is balking on the Camaro at this time but Dodge has acknowledged a Challenger body for Nascar. Sweet!! Toyota is stuck with a Camry since the Solara is going to be dropped after '08. (I asked a similar question a while back. These are the most recent links on the subject.) http://www.scenedaily.com/stories/2007/12/03/scene_daily29.html Quote from link below: --A source at Ford Motor Company says the motorsports division expects the Ford Mustang to replace the Fusion in the NASCAR Busch series. "We're expecting to run the Mustang in 2009," the source said.-- http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/features_autosblog/2007/11/post.html

A: to change the style and the basic package for the Nationwide series is a step in the right direction.the cars today are so close that most cup drivers running are using the event as a test session. With a change in body style and package this will take an advantage away from some teams. And to run the Pony cars again is a good move.
