Q: When does the 2009 Dodge Challenger hit the showrooms?
I know that the 2008 SRT model is on sale now. But I'm most interested in the 6 speed on the 2009 SRT.
A: Hard to say because the closer you are to Detroit the faster you'll get one. However, only 1500 are being made as an 08' these won't be cars like the mustang,,, mass produced but hopefully soon. We are still waiting for ours in Wa. and just got the VIN on it.

Q: How do you remove a gear shift from a 2009 dodge challenger?
I managed to figure it out myself. I guess this is for anyone else who has problems. You have to take a flat head screwdriver and pop off the crome piece on the bottom it will be tight but dont worry you wont break it. and then just pull the Knob off. There is no set screw.
A: There should be a set screw on the underside.
Loosen then unscrew.

A: you cannot compare the 09' with the 04. the challenger and the camaro will have more HP than the 04 cobra which has about 390 HP . the new camaro will have 400 if that and the challenger about 425 .take your pick but i bet the mustang cobra will pack more punch than the two .

A: I believe that chevy has pulled the plug on the new camaro.
It's not coming out. I can't say 100 percent but I would check with a chevy dealer. No sense waiting for nothing.

A: Check out SLP, as they are developing several exhausts for the Challenger. Check out youtube as there are a couple videos with a srt8 challenger with the SLP exhaust on it. And don't listen to dodge man, putting on a new exhaust will NOT void your warranty.

This may seem like a weird combo, but these are the three cars that I am stuck on. I have a choice of either the 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T (Hemi), 2009 VW CC, or the 2009 VW EOS. A: Get the Challenger. And make sure its a 6 speed manual transmission to.

Considering the Challenger will most likely be faster, I think it looks better, and will probably roomier, I think I'll go with the Challenger.
I said it will most likely be faster becaus emy experiences have shown that the 6.1L Hemi has a lot more of a power advantage than the numbers show, and I said it would be roomier because the Charger is one of the few cars that fits me good, as I am quite tall.
A: I would have to pick the Challenger myself. Looks great, and that 6.1L is going to scream!!.
