Q: does a basic 2007 dodge charger have a mp3 hole thing that comes basic on the charger?
does a basic 2007 dodge charger have a mp3 hole thing that comes basic on the charger?
if not how much would it be to get that option on it?
A: NOPE,
it is a option add on
Q: What brand of remote starter would you recommend for a 2007 dodge charger?
It's a 2007 Dodge Charger SRT-8 6.1 Liter
A: I have a 2006 Ram 1500 Hemi Big Horn Limited. I bought the remote start from the dealer. (It does say Dodge right on the actual housing for the remote start box.) They gave me a 5 year warranty with it. That way if it even messes up I just take it to any Dodge dealership and they fix it in the 5 years. A few people that I have talked to that had problems with a remote starter said it screwed up in the first 2 years or so. Everyone else has never had any problems.
Q: Can I wire subwoofers and an amp to a factory stereo in a 2006 or 2007 dodge charger, and how?
I am just curious if there is a way to hook two 12" subs and an amp up to a factory dodge charger stereo without having to buy an aftermarket deck. I am currently trying to find a free wiring diagram to find out if the factory deck even has RCA jacks on it. If someone knows and can help that would be great.
A: The factory deck will not have RCA's. So, unless your amp has line level inputs, you will need a line level converter to connect an amp to your factory stereo. You can tie into your rear speaker wires with the converter; the converter gives you an RCA output to go to an amp. You can get line level adapters (some times called hi/lo converters) at probably any place that sells car audio. May cost $20-$30 for the piece.
Q: does any of the 2007 dodge charger models have a cassette player?
i am thinking of buying a 2007 dodge charger sometime soon. the features that i want is leather seats, automatic transmission, cassette player and possibly a gps navigation system. i know for sure that most of the models have leather, auto, and gps. but i want to know if any of them come with cassette players? also, if you can answer this, it will very much help me. what is the largest size rims that can fit on a charger? i have seen it on 22's, but what about 26' and 28's ? is it capable or compatible to put suicide doors (lamborghini doors) on it? and how much would it cost me?
A: Cassette player is definitely not a factory option. Also I have no idea how large of wheels the charger can take, but I would think 22 would be plenty.
One of the things that makes the Charger so gorgeous is its huge wheelbase. The larger the wheels are, the smaller the wheelbase looks.
Q: 2007 dodge charger srt8 need electronic throttle controle?
i have a 2007 dodge charger srt8 and need to replace the electronic throttle controle where can i get one and how much should it cost

Q: 2007 dodge charger daytona or 2000 mitshubishi eclipse?
I have considered getting one of two cars,a 2007 dodge charger daytona or a 2000 mitshubishi eclispe.Which one is better?I know dodge kicks some serious ass,and both cars are fast.but which one should i get?
A: The Dodge Daytona R/T comes with a V-8 the Mitsu Eclipse comes with a 4 or V-6.... The question you have to ask yourself... how fast do you want to go? I'd go for the Dodge.
Q: What is the current demand like for a 2007 Dodge Charger?
I am looking at buying an SE with a 3.5 V6 in the coming months and would like to know what the demand has been like so I'll know if the saleman is BS'ng me about not coming down in price.
A: The SE model actually comes with the 2.7L V6 that pulls out 190HP. If you want the 3.5L High Output V6 (250HP) that would be the SXT model. I would not recommond the 2.9L as I have heard issues with slugging with these motors and they are actually a little under powered for the curb weight.
Your best bet is to check out the link below and sign up as a member. Once you are signed up just go into the search menu and type in LX sales. They should have some links and actually have the number of Charger units being sold each month for the last year!
From what I looked up: This includes SE, SXT, RT, Daytona & SRT8 models:
Total units sold by year:
Chargers:
2005: 44,804 units
2006: 124,201 units
Up 155% from 2005
300's
2005: 144,068 units
2006: 143,647 units
Magnum's
2005: 52,487 units

Hope this helps out!
Q: How much transmission fluid does my transmission hold in my 2007 Dodge Charger SXT?
My owners manual says that I need to consult my dealer with transmission issues but I refuse to pay someone to refill my transmission fluid (something that I am perfectly capable of doing), that is just rediculous. I had a leak and I have repaired it but now I have no transmission fluid left.
A: It has two different automatic transmissions, a 4 and a 5 speed, but I can't find the capacity of either off hand.
So, start with three quarts. With chocks in place and your foot firmly on the brake, run through the choices. 1, 2, Drive, Over drive, neutral, Reverse, park. Leave it running and check the level. Got anything on the stick? Keep adding until you do.
It's going to depend a lot on whether or not the torque converter is also empty, but just keep adding, running through the gears, and checking until you are at the right level. Keep an eye on it for a few days to be sure.
Q: I have a 2007 Dodge Charger, and the back window was busted out without my alarm sounding? Why?
I've been reading about Porcelain, and found out this breaks glass pretty easy. I'm guessing this was someone who has done this before. The glass shattered cleanly with my tint holding 75% of the glass together. Has anyone out there experienced the same scenario? I wasn't thinking and left my phone on the front seat of my car. So I'm thinking they reached into the car to grab it without opening the doors.
A: the factory alarm is not sensitive to this ,you can add an after market alarm also to it that has a motion sensor or a vibration detector, i did this on my truck because they kept trying to steal it,and finally we caught them in the act thanks to the after market alarm system, you can have more than one alarm system on a car, since then i have had no problems ,mine is sensitive enough that a rain drop will set it off, that will put a stop to the break ins on it,good luck.
Q: How do you replace the rear turn signal bulb located on a 2007 dodge charger?
A: 1) Open trunk.
2) Remove interior panel directly behind the light that doesn't work. You will see the housing for the tailights...one is red...one is white.
3) Grasp the socket (one w/the wires) and twist it 1/4 turn
COUNTER-clockwise and it ought to pop loose.
4) Replace the bad w/the good, put it back together.
Happy Motoring !
Q: Can you put a remote start on a 2007 dodge charger with a smart key??
A: As far as I know yes. The vendor you use may have to order a bypass kit but it can be done.
Q: What is the worst vehicle you ever owned and why? Mine is a 2007 Dodge Charger!?
My car is 4 months old and has been in the shop 4 times for a total of 27 days and I am awaiting the 5th time, as soon as the engineers can figure out whats wrong with it...Don't mention the Lemon Law...already talked with a Lawyer.
A: da-dah-da-dah drum roll please. 99 dodge intrepid 2.7 This is the worst engine ever. Boy dodge sure can make some beautiful cars that aren't good for any thing besides keeping the kids at the auto parts store busy cuz LAWD knows no one but the dealership wants to work on them. Just google this car and see what I mean I should win this hands down- We just replaced the starter and the cam poistion sensor and now the valves are so noisy it is embarrasing to drive.
Q: need help with wheels fitting dodge charger 2007?
i have a rwd 2007 dodge charger and i bought some 22's that need an adapter. are adapters safe? and is there anything else i can do instead of using adapters? the wheels are fwd they are verde helix 5 lug 22x8.5.
A: The manufacturers of any vehicle design certain things into a vehicle. ANY adapting you do takes away something that was designed in to that vehicle. Don't adapt wheels to fit. More stress on that system. Then what? Will you have to adapt to bigger brakes to stop the adapted wheels?
Q: 2007 Dodge Charger pros and cons?
I am thinking of buying a 2007 Dodge Charger 3.5L V6. To anyone who owns one, what do you enjoy and/or dislike about the car. I researched online and like what i heard but i want people's honest opinions. Thanks
Why and how bad?
A: pros:
3.5 engines are part of the 3.3-3.8 engine block series, they are tried and trued, very dependable.
Chrysler's lifetime warranty, I'm not sure if this is Canada only but as long as you are the original owner and don't void it, they have a free lifetime warranty
a true north American company, all the money you spend is going back into the economy, protecting jobs (gm is outsourcing everything to Korea)
cons:
although not a boat, still a fair sized car, gotta keep that in mind when city driving (IE parallel parking)
that's it really, id buy one if i were in the market! i feel in love with my intrepid, it had the 3.3 (same engine as the 3.5 but a bit smaller) and it felt like a proper car even after 242,000 miles
Q: How does the 2007 Dodge Charger drive?
I'm a 22 year old female...looking to buy my first "real" car. And I do like the Dodge Charger...but I'm worried that its hard to maneuver, or kind of "boat-y" since I'm used to driving rather short cars. Also, when you sit in it, do you feel high up? or low to the ground?
thanks :)
A: The Chargers drive wonderful. For a little bigger car you won't be upset at all. The R/T, Daytona and SRT8 models do have the larger V8 engines and go real fast so if you have a lead foot I would say away from them and go with something smaller. They are rear wheel drive so if you aren't used to that and live in a area with bad winter weather the ESP(electronic stablily program) does help but not that much. I had a 04 Mazda 6 and a 04 Chevy Impala LS I traded in my our 06 Charger R/T. Not upset I did it at ALL but I do miss the front wheel drive of the Impala in the winters. All in all it is still the best car and best looking one I have ever had. Handles curves just as good at 70-80 miles an hour as it does 30-40. Hope that helps!
