Q: 1995 dodge ram truck will not start?
I have a 1995 dodge ram with a 360 v8 engine.

A: you,ll have to check it to see if its getting fire and gas to the engine or at the spark plugs before you can determine what might be wrong with it,once you determine that then you might get it started also make sure its in time,if its high mileage then there could be a chance that it might have jumped timing,it sound like its not getting any gas or fire to the engine try spraying a little staring fluid in to the engine and see if it try,s to start, if so your not getting any gas to it,good luck on finding it.
Q: How to install component 6x9 in 1995 Dodge ram with infinity system?
i have two wires going to the crossover that came with my infinity kappa 6x9's however the amp that is attached to the back of the stock speaker hsa 4 wires running in...i dunno what to do
A: The factory speakers in a Ram truck with Infinity have the Infinity amplifier attached. That's why there are four wires: two of them are the (+) and (-) speaker wires. The other two are power and ground wires for the amp. You need to connect the signal wires to your Kappa speakers, and leave the other two wires disconnected. You can buy a 4-pin adapter for Chrysler speakers that will make this much easier. Otherwise, I THINK the speaker wires are the two middle pins on the plug, but you'd be well advised to test them before connecting them to your speakers.

Yup, "groung" is actually ground.
A: there are a few on those ,there may be one on the transmission and i know there's one from the frame to the body and one from the frame to the bed,and one from the engine to the firewall when you start looking you,ll find several, i cant remember where all of those are located at,good luck with it.
Q: Is there a kit available to replace the vacuum operated 4 wheel drive actuator on a 1995 Dodge Ram 1500?
I'm going to be getting the 4 wheel drive fixed next week..and I have heard the factory actuator is rather unreliable in the cold, or when sumerged in water...I live in Michigan, winter is coming, and I drive through some pretty deep holes at times. I've owned the truck for a little over a year, and the 4 wheel drive has never worked...so...gimme some options folks!
A: those don't give that many problems that you would have to change them out that often,i got a 99 and a 2001 model that still have the original ones on them and i have had no problems from them at all they,ll last ten to fifteen years easy,so i wouldn't go to a lot of trouble to change something that works good now,good luck.
Q: Problem starting 1995 Dodge RAM Van?
Hi, I have a problem starting my 1995 Dodge RAM Van. In the morning when I go to start the van it will crank and crank, but no go. Eventually, if I leave the key on "run" for a minute or two, there will be a clicking noise from the engine area or dash (assuming it is a relay module) and the clicking will stop after a few seconds. Subsequently, the check engine light will light up then go away. Only after that will the engine start when cranked.
What could the problem be?
A: Sorry for jareiharts' smarta$$ remark, but it sounds like your engine computer is defective. I have seen this quite often in Jeep Grand Cherokees and Dodge Vans. When you turn the key to the run position, the "Check Engine" lite should come on immediately. If it doesn't for a minute or two, then the computer is not "waking up" when you turn the key on. After a minute or so, the computer "wakes up", so you are then hearing the Auto Shutdown and Fuel Pump relays engaging, then the engine will start. IMHO, you need a new engine controller.

A: Increase the breathing and exhaling systems on your van. Fine tune the timing with the proper ignition. Use good spark plugs. I use champion or bosch supers. Stay away from the bosch platinum plugs.
Best combination; knn air filter, edelbrock sdt muffler, jet performance module. You should get impressive results by installing these items.
These mods are good for when you want to get the most from the vehicle. My guess would be 20-22 mpg with the add ons, and 16-19 without.

why cant i figure out what size socket i need to remove the bolts holding the shutdown solenoid to the lever? is it a odd metric size? i dont have many metric sizes, but i can usually get close with a standard socket, then guess which size metric i need to go buy. this time i cant get close.

A: buy a metric/standard socket set. it has odly shaped sockets and wrenches that can fit one type of standard and one type of metric! they are amazing i used them 30 minutes ago on my quad they work great the set i have is made by metrinch iv never had a problem with them and i only need one set for any task they are very handy... good luck

one of my door speakers isn't working right, it keeps cutting out, then it will buzz for a bit, and then cut out only to cut in a while later then cut back out completely. so what size of speakers are in the doors and what might be causing this problem?
A: Odds are you have 6x9 speakers in the front and 5.25 in the rear (or possible 6.5, you can fit both). A: A Cummins in 1995 didnt have a throttle body. It has an injection pump. It doesnt have a Idle Control Valve either.
