Q: Dodge Viper or Ford 2004 copy cat gt?
I was watching this show on the travel channel it had a 2000 dodge viper dragracing a 2004 copycat ford gt. the gt guy had raced before and the viper guy hadn't. but the result wasn't really for sure the gt won first heat then the viper then the gt but he short shifted 2nd gear. what car is the king of the road. the gt had a 427 ford and the viper was a stock v8
A: well that V8 on the viper is wrong its actually a V10 or a 502 8.1 and the h.p. is a great difference but the weight is great contender. id go with the viper. Carol Shelby(rest in peace) designed the first viper and made it go into production
Q: dodge viper gts v10 engine noise, mopar?
2000 viper gts has a rough idle and it sounds like lifter chadder or exhaust leak. 17000miles all fluids changed. any advice?

If it sounds like that with that low mileage I would lean towards bad gas. Do you run premium? If you don't you should be, try that first.
The chattering should be easy to tell if its from the engine or the exhaust.

A: 911 is waaayyy faster. That car can comfortably cruise at 130mph. The Viper on the other hand was designed more 0-60 and 1/4 mile times. Not many American made cars can handle high speeds for sustained periods of time. I lived in Germany for 8.5 years and when the C5 Corvette was released over there, it was discovered that the transmissions didn't like the autobahn speeds that much. One guy I talked to was on his 3 tranny, he swore he would never buy an American car again.

My porsche is a 2000 and I plan on upgrading to a new vehicle, I have looked at the mercedes slk-500 and and also the dodge viper, I just sold my corvette but was 2001 coupe and did not like the air sheer. I have heard the mercedes are noisy and clankyty??/ I like sporty, style, comfort, and convertable. So what is opionion of best overall for about 100,000 dollars??
A: Larry, if you can afford a porche, you can most certainly afford a high performance car right? I say to you with 100,000 dollars, if you go with the viper you will be dissapointed when a Ford GT goes by you, there a 150grand car, expect that. Then a Corvette Z06 comes by, I guarantee he will eat your viper alive, I know this because my uncle has one and he takes it to the track every once and a while. Bellow are my sources, the Vette features a 505 HP Litre engine, the Viper features a 600 HP Engine, vette will take it. Thats the new viper and the newest Vette mind you though. The Z06's take fords 150grand cars, and dodges viper's and even the Lamburghinies. Talk to your Local Dealers about both.

PETA spokeswoman, Pam Anderson, takes every opportunity to sound off on animal rights and publicly chastise other celebrities such as Jessica Simpson for wearing a "Real Woman Eat Meat" t-shirt. I'm just curious as to why it is that she was recently photographed by the paparrazzi carrying 10 grand, 100 percent leather, Hermes HAC bag that's larger than your average suitcase! Not to mention her recent donation of a Dodge Viper to a PETA charity only to have it revoked due to the luxurious leather interior! I'm all for animal rights, I'm just so tired of her posing as the epitome of an animal rights advocate because she thinks it's not okay to eat steak but to carry it around as an accessory is totally fine. It's not just her. The "Vote or Die" campaign comes to mind. Paris Hilton was photographed all over Hollywood in the shirts... Survey says! She didn't even vote! Is anyone else tired of the hypocrisy in pop culture??

Yes, I saw those reports about Pam being a hypocrite. I didn't hear about the Hermes bag. I think she really needs to do her homework and find out if she is being TOTALLY 100% correct about her beliefs and what she actually incorporates into her world. She has made mistakes and seems to correct them.
Paris Hilton hadn't even registered to vote. She is truly a waste of a human being. And, with all of this "Green" stuff going on and then you hear about these stars going on private planes and driving huge cars, etc.
Yeah....whenever I hear one of them say something, I just roll my eyes and turn the channel.
